Description
The 39th Congress, entitled "The Mountains: High Potential for Resources", will focus on the potential of the mountains: natural and human resources to be developed and maintained in mountain areas - whether in terms of energy, adaptability to climate change, or the education of younger generations.
As every year, the program includes a series of plenary round tables, providing an opportunity for debate between elected representatives, ministers and invited experts.
